How To Detox After A Weekend Of Day Drinking

I’m getting older, and while that means a lot of things (such as my dad constantly asking why I’m not dating anyone), one of the main issues I have with the aging process is how long it takes me to recover from my weekend activities. I’m talking about my hangover. Obviously. What used to be slight discomfort, that could be quickly remedied with one nap at precisely 4pm, is now a full day of feeling like I’m on death’s door, followed by at least two more days of sinus congestion and general fatigue. And then I can’t go out the next weekend or two. But that usually has more to do with the general shame of my decision-making than my health. BUT WHATEVER.
